As a community leader and advocate, Daniel has transformed Tenafly with projects that revitalize public spaces, ensure fiscal responsibility, and support local families. Now, he’s ready to bring this proven leadership to the New Jersey State Assembly in 2025.

-Affordability is a top concern for New Jersey families, and we need to make living in NJ more sustainable - we need to make it possible for our aging residents to stay and for young people to move in

-Stabilize property taxes by ending unfunded mandates and incentivizing shared services by collaborating with local leaders and the NJ Department of Community Affairs to increase efficiency and reduce local tax burdens.

-Advocate for technology upgrades in local governments to improve services and reduce costs.

-Support balanced legislation that supports affordable housing while respecting the specific needs of individual communities.

  • Representation

-Legislative District 37 includes 10 diverse municipalities, each with its own unique challenges and needs.Dan and Tamar both have deep roots in the district, giving them firsthand knowledge of many of the issues residents face.

-Many residents feel disconnected, unsure of who represents them or how to access help with state-related concerns. Dan and Tamar are committed to accessibility, aiming to be visible, responsive, and engaged with all communities in the district.

-They will advocate in Trenton for practical solutions to improve affordability, safety, and quality of life for all residents.

  • Education

-Strengthen public schools by investing in teachers and schools to ensure that every child gets a high-quality education, regardless of background.

-Smart Investment: Public schools boost communities through lower crime, higher incomes, and rising property values.

-Efficient Funding: Maximize the impact of school budgets in collaboration with parents and educators.

-Work with stakeholders in the public and private school communities to align interests and forge partnerships that deliver meaningful savings for private school families without hurting public education

  • Transportation

-Better Commutes: Improve bus service, ride quality, and commuter parking access.
