-Affordability is a top concern for New Jersey families, and we need to make living in NJ more sustainable - we need to make it possible for our aging residents to stay and for young people to move in
-Stabilize property taxes by ending unfunded mandates and incentivizing shared services by collaborating with local leaders and the NJ Department of Community Affairs to increase efficiency and reduce local tax burdens.-Advocate for technology upgrades in local governments to improve services and reduce costs.

-Legislative District 37 includes 10 diverse municipalities, each with its own unique challenges and needs.Dan and Tamar both have deep roots in the district, giving them firsthand knowledge of many of the issues residents face.
-Many residents feel disconnected, unsure of who represents them or how to access help with state-related concerns. Dan and Tamar are committed to accessibility, aiming to be visible, responsive, and engaged with all communities in the district.
